I like the Direction your going with it. What is the T supposed to signify? A house? Maybe keep the box or some sore of house with a $ sign or a something that signifies real estate and finance. just a thought. In any case I like the general layout and look it just needs some tweeking. Thanks! also let me see it with the Capital as Large as the PTE. Thanks again.

also, Try it for me in a couple of different color schemes
1) box and capital in the burnt orange (like our corporate colors. And PTE in the light gray
2) PTE in a dark black and capital in a light gray with box in a burnt orange
