I like them both but I like #48 better because of the water under the flower and the direction of the water ripple is upward (like a smile). It represents water in a brief graphic. I like the outline of the flower. A novel approach to this idea of a side view of a flower being supported by water. A positive contribution.
I like the flow of green at the base of the flower in #47 but I think the symbolism of the water is more visually compelling. Also the flower is large and colorful but I would like to see some green leaves around the flower indicating that the flower is in the process of opening. Good try.
