PSPN- Pisgah SPorts NetworkLogo Design Contest

I like both of these concepts, but I think Entry #1 would give us a different look to separate us from the circle P concept that we use quite often. It also stresses the PSPN brand better than having the P as the central focus.
Entry #1: If we lost the striping in the letters it may make it show better on video, cloth, etc. I'm not completely opposed to it, but be interested in additional options. Thanks!

#4 is my favorite so far. It has a real ESPN look to it. Clean. Crisp. Simple. Our school colors are Blue (PMS 288) and Red (PMS 711). Meant to include that earlier.
#5 is a concept I'd like to tweak some to see how it turns out. Can you straighten the line across and keep it from running over each side?
I like #7, but not for what I need. Well done though.
This is the first LogoTournament bid I've run so I'm not familiar exactly how it works. Once the winner is chosen is it customary to get the variations of the logo, multiple file formats, etc?

thanks for your feedback, at first time i doing your design, i had an idea to make it looks like ESPN, cause you have PSPN, but you are not the ESPN, so, i made its look different but still on sport way, and keep on simple design for easy remember. but if you need any changes, just let me know.

Can you combine #4 and #5 to make the letters have a red top half and a blue bottom half, but without the line? Thanks.

You don't have to do it now, but if you are the winner can you enclose the logo with a background similar to the 2nd ranked logo? I like that look as an option, but the general logo is what you created first so I feel you should win the bid.
