I like the direction you are going with these. On #23 i am afraid people will think the design looks too much like an eye and be confused with the name provision....thinking it is a vision center when its a physical therapy center. But i like the concept with incorporating the P and the T as well it looks like a person stretching, invoking rehabilitation.
