Thats my idea for ur request. Im thinking in vectorial white icons over any form. Icons can be colored if u want, only tell me for work on it :)

nice icons - #4 has nice spacing and use of other than plain line. Would like to see #2 with more spacing. maybe another alternative would be a curve

Cant decide on line version... Could you make a version with the names of the stages.
