The strongest aspect of this logo is that is all typography. I used the inverted commas to represent the unborn, and parenthesis to represent kind of a shield or the mom's belly.
I've put a smile in the unborn babies to make them sweet and happy. Colors used as requested by CH.
A good thing about this symbol is that it can be scaled down without becoming illegible, and it will be memorable because of the common shapes used (not common as in "overused" tho, hehehe).
