Prospect Business Services, LLC (“Prospect Business Services” or the “Company”) is an enterprise that has been formed to provide small and start-up stage businesses the management resources needed in order to survive and thrive in any economic environment. Many small businesses owners do not have, or have access to, executive level expertise that can directly impact their success. Prospect Business Services will collaborate with clients to help them become growth-oriented & profitable businesses.

The mission of the company is to be a success difference-maker for small businesses, thereby helping create jobs and growing the local economy. This, in turn, will result in Prospect Business Services having a postive and meaningful imapct on the lives of those whom we serve. The types of services Prospect Business Services will provide include but are not be limited to:
• stratgic planning and business plan formation (including market analysis and overhead management);
• financial analysis such as budgeting and forecasting;
• the establishment of efficient and accurate back office support services, such as:
o accounting;
o human resources, payroll, and payroll tax preparation;
o revenue cycle management including billing and collection management;
• regulatory compliance, and;
• capital acquisition.
Prospect Business Services will be different from any other service provider in this arena due to the unique background of it’s founder and CEO, coupled with it’s focus on maintaing a low overhead, thereby making these high-level services available to companies that can not afford a large consulting firm such as Accenture. Consequently, these businesses will enjoy a level of success that may otherwise have been elusive.

The attched document has a few logos that are generally consistent with the look and feel I am seeking. I would invite you to also play with a tag line, although that's not a requirement. I'm not sure where I'll go with that in the end.
