I think entry #32 is too colorful for my tastes and I don't want to downplay the "Pro" in our name.
I like that you are tryingto come up with an icon with the arrows, but that icon in entry #18 by itself would probably be lost on many people (it just isn't clear enough that it is a "P").
By the way, I have updated my project brief to mention that artists can take a stab at creating an updated version of our current logo which makes a monitor symbol out of the "O" in ProSites (clever,but needs a more hip look or cool factor).
