The graphic device plays on the letters PP, utilizes both positive and negative space, and is suggestive of both commercial and residential, rural and urban property since your target audience is likely to be active in all those settings. The design can be printed in a single spot color or we can introduce additional colors and effects. I will be happy to experiment with this or other ideas you may have in mind.
