Property Service Group IBIZALogo Design Contest

Hi y'all, I have been looking at this website for several hours straight now and am really impressed with many of the creative and great works of art.

Looking forward to your ideas for this contest.. also please know that my suggestions for colors are just a thought, so please do not feel limited.

I thought that maybe the word 'IBIZA' could be written under 'Property Service Group' so that it can be replaced by other locations if we expand....

Although I like your symbol for a house I woud rather try to associate to a (meditarranean) villa.
Before seeing your logo I thought that the word 'Ibiza" would be smaller relative to the rest, as sort of a subtitle, but this could also work?

Because all my previous logos (for other businesses) had a white, crisp background I was (thinking in a box) expecting this. There are several logos of other projects that I found on this website that carry three symbols that I find really attractive.

While thinking about it maybe three logo's for <house - yacht - car> could work? At the same time maybe only reffering to a house/apparment/villa will ultimately be the way to go... Although I would like to attract yacht owners as customers probably the most likely customers will be home owners. The 'problem' with yacht owners is that they generally have live-aboard crews and don't need outside help.

All options are open.

Ciao Kikko, thank you for your entries. Although the designs are somewhat more happy-go-lucky than I had envisioned I like the idea (and the palms are a nice touch). #2) I like more than the others.
Could you change (in #2) the style of 'PROPERTY SERVICE GROUP' like it is in #5) without the white and black outline? It might be easier to read that way. Grazie a te Kikko

Het is mogelijk om de onderste blok (Ibiza) op de omvang van het niet een probleem. Maar als je wilt opnemen van een jacht en de auto is het moeilijk zal zijn. Wanneer duidelijk logo (makkelijk) - het goed werkt. Het is gemakkelijk te onthouden.

Dear Auto, I appreciate you e-mailing me in Dutch however I have some trouble understanding it.
Could you set the background to 'white' and reduce the size of 'ibiza' to see how it looks.
Also I would like to see your ideas on symbols if you have any.

Thanks for your new submissions. I like the style of #8 a lot. The fonts are nice and the feel of the illustratiion is cool. Could you change the sailing boat into a motor boat (small yacht) and could you also make a drawing for a villa (and maybe one for a car). I think it would be cool if we have three illustrations over the company name.

You want a yacht, the house and the machine in one logo, or three separately?
I lived in Belgium, (not for long) did not marry nearly. Then learned language. And few years in Zeeburg was lived my good friend.

I would like one symbol for a yacht, one symbol for a house and one symbol for a car.
Then can you put these three symbols next to each other above the name of the company.
If you look at the contest 'GO NUDGE' you will see a few logo's with three sybols and understand what I mean.

I think you can better marry in Russia than Belgium....

I have understood, though having such three symbols not the best variant, is more similar to the help index. Can be we shall make one symbol? So it will be better to remember. I have one idea, I today shall make, and I shall show.
In occasion of wedding, yes, you are right. I married in Russia. And in Belgium it was for a long time, 20 years ago.

Your idea of placing the slogan on top is good. The fonts u used and the look and feel of the logo that you made are however not where I want to go. the feeling of #8 , classy, sophisticated, is more the direction what I am aiming for.

Auto, thanks for #15. What I like in #8 is that the illustration is not like a button. It does not have an outline and I think this is nice. I would like the three illustrations (perhaps we later decide to use only 2 illustrations and skip the car) to be like your illustration in #8. Kindly remove 'protect your property' in #15 under the illustrations. The quality of the illustration in #8 is what I am looking for.

Your idea of combining things in one logo seems difficult to me. In this logo it looks like the arc of Noah with a house on a boat. People will not understand.

As far the look & feel I still prefer #8. mainly because of the font used and the elegance of the illustration. I also like the fact that the illustration is not within a box or line. However I would need an illustration of a yacht rather than a sailing boat.

Saturninus, thank you for #37. Very good idea to use an eye as to illustrate that we are overseeing the customers property. I would love to see this concept executed some other ways. Right now it gives me a bit the idea of 'the evil eye'.
