What We Do
We are the onsite eyes of the investor, Loan Owner and Bank owned Residential properties. We visit the property, inspect the exterior, take pictures and verify if the tenant is still there. If not we re-secure and schedule for trash removal. We are focusing on Residential now, may add Commercial later.
