Welcome to Logo Tournament. After reviewing your brief and comments I came to this concept.
It is a wave that forms two abstract "P's"...They have a simple elegance to them, yet the are fresh and tell who you are. They are a break from the norm, no doubt...but may indeed work for your audience.

I welcome your feedback and suggestions.

Regards,
Paul

This one is somewhat abstract. The top part of the icon resembles palm frawns. The bottom looks like wave hitting the shore.

This concept mixes both home and condo elements. As well as a coastal; theme.

This is the same use of a wave to form the two "P's" from my earlier entry - I think you may find this one more appealing due to a more professional icon.

#68 we like this design. Can we see it with other colors, possibly darker/richer blue. Also can we see it in a two tone color.

Thank you for the feedback. Here is the change you requested. I also took the liberty of showing you the functionality of this simple yet elegant icon.

#150 | Richer , darker blue.
#151 | Two toned lighting with shadowing
#152 | Sun beam lighting effect.
#153 | Stacked layout with lighting effects
#154 | Shows how well it works in gray-scale if printing requires it.
#155 | Shows how well it translates to a dark background if need be.

Please let me know if I can assist further.

Paul

Good morning (6:47am here on the East Coast)
I just wanted to let you know that I have uploaded some revisions to the logo, that are slightly bolder with a little more depth, shape and detail. Also should you need any additional changes feel free to forward them to me.Please note that due to Hurricane Earl sitting off of our coast (SE North Carolina)this morning power outages are possible so bear with me. (It is expected to go east of us, but you never know)

Again, I welcome any feedback or suggestions.

Hi Paul,

Thank you so much for all your input. We would like to request the following logos if possible.

We are going to select #152 as the winning design.

We would also like to get the logo in the following layouts if possible:

1. Logo #152 in same layout as #155/#154(up and down)
2. Logo #155 and #154 in same layout as #152(side by side)
3. Logo #152 same layout, but remove "Incorporated" and make Property and Profiles on two lines. (need to use this for print advertising, we just have a small block to work with)

Again, we appreciate your patience with us, with each change we have had to go to several people for review and feedback.

Anyway, I hope Hurricane Earl hasn't had too much impact on you.

Please let us know how we should expect to receive these logos from you and if we should go ahead at this point and select the design as a winner, not sure where we go from here.

Thanks,
Brandi

I have responded twice in the PM. I guess they are not getting through???

Here is the note:

Brandi-

No problem on the layouts.I will be glad to do that However...I can only upload 1 file layout here through logo tournament. I can forward the others via personal e-mail.

Once the contest is closed and you receive your main file, I will gladly forward those files to you at no cost. The wait for the additional files is for the obvious concern of files being exchanged before payment. There have unfortunately been some situations here at LT where that was an issue. The system is set up to protect both the client and the artist.

To close out the contest simply select a winner and then accept the files that I upload to you.

Thanks so much,

Paul
