#60, #59, #27 I am very happy with this overall design and would like to see some more colour options using blue and green if possible. I prefer the matt colours in the design (no shading or effects , just a simple matt colour). The key is finding the right shade of blue and green to work with your blue/grey base which i like.

thanks for the new designs.... i think i still like the grey logo with the small colour in the door. trying to decide if I like the green or dark orange colour better.

great, thanks for the blue options.... all look very good. can you play around with the little house logo and show me some variable options here? I like this look but to exhaust my decision process just want to see if you have any tweeks that may improve this current design and help my decision process. Or this may simply help me confirm i like it how it is :)

Hi there, just to let you know that I'm open to colour/design adjustments during this Judging period if you need it :)

#115 this is probably my pick... but can you show me font that is capitailised as "Property Investor FINANCE" ? I just want the actual text to stand out more than it does currently and the word Investor in the colour is good. I like the option to have this in the formats showed in #59 & #27 as well.

and on top of what I want, please exercise your creative freedom too - I like to see your own skill come out and not just follow my instructions as they may be wrong as I am no artist :)

#164, #165, #166, #167 - same font with #115 but I have changed the style to demi bold so the text stands out more than #115.

#168, #169, #170, #171 - a different but similar font to make the text carry similar weight in relation to the logo mark, stand out much more than previous font.

#173 - a clean and easy to read san serif font, #174 is the bold version.
