Liking your logo submissions! Appreciate the number of varied concepts.
A few thoughts:
Could you take the newspaper graphic on #17 and let it replace the paper graphic on #14? Personally that graphic on #17 works best for me.
Also I would like to see a version of that with the words Product Scoop in a pleasant green shade. (we'd like to incorporate green into the logo as our site is already full of blues and greys)
Could the new version also have the newspaper graphic on #17 be less rotated to the right? Perhaps a version where the newspaper graphic is just flat and not rotated to see how that looks.
Lastly, would it be possible to put a tag-line that fits evenly under the words Product Scoop? It would say, "Get the scoop on the product you're researching." Maybe that will be too long, so it would need to be under the newspaper graphic too. Let me know if you think this can work.
If you have any other ideas or how to play up any other concepts I'd love to see them!
I like the placement of the pencil in #26, adds to concept that we have our own authors writing the reviews.
I think perhaps it's too busy near the words Product Scoop.
Could you make edited versions of #26 and #25 without the 5 stars up top? Seems like then you could move the word Scoop up a bit to be even with the Product.
Lastly, could you do a version with a space between the words Product and Scoop with both #26 and #25?

it is OK, I actually did it to fast and I didn't see the space missing between the words... In my opinion the stars is also a symbol of a review, so that the logo will work both with and without the icon...
I'll make the modifications, and also thinking of new concept as well.
I like what's going on in #42 - include any other takes or concepts from that social/bubble icon theme. Maybe try one with a char/bubble graphic on the left too.
