#8 is a little to 80's (old school) for me. I think I like the modern, sports logo look that many national organizations have. This one just did give that look and feel for me.
#16's concept is starting to look better. The color scheme is a bit off though. We want to stick to solid bold colors. If you can make the PSF a bit more flashy that would be good too. Thanks!
