I also wonder if the sheep should be a bit smaller, so there is a bit more room between the text and him (or her).

This is great! Now just make the font for "golfer's club" smaller (about 1/2 the size of the DSS font)

also made it a tad larger so you can see it better.

circle text completed, simplified.
no grass .

the text is wrapped around an invisible circle, so adding the rest of the text would be easy . i'll prepare it in my next entry.

...also, if you imagine the Dum Spiro Spero as the top of a circle around the sheep...on the bottom part of that circle please add "Golfers Club"

i see your concern...i'll rework it with just a few lines as soil/grass .

OK, I'm going to rank this at the top. I love it. But can you show me one without the grass? My concern is that it won't translate well when it's put on a shirt, hat, etc.

You have the best sheep. But this is a bit elaborate. I would like to see it with a simpler font, and I would like to see the sheep holding a golf club in his mouth. And without the decoration on the bottom.
