after we close it I will send you final files. Then I will mail you a Branding guide, including versions of the logo. And you get a free support for you logo everafter from me. Season changes, slogans, etc.
So You are the winner. Congrats. I still want to play around a little bit with the logo. I only have one more idea which is to add some grey like some of the other logo entries. So I am not really sure exactly where to go from here. Do we choose just one or do we get the different iterations of the same logo? From what I read it appears that if I pick "A Winner" it is only that one version of the logo. If you could clear this up for me that would be great.
This logo is the first in a series of logos for several companies. Each company is a partner of the other companies and are owned by multiple people but we are creating a corporate brand around all the companies called “The Principled Group” All of the names of the companies will start with “Principled”. This logo is for our Property management company “Principled Residential”. There is a property acquisitions company called “Principled Home Buyers”, A construction and building company called “Principled Builders” and a Real Estate brokerage called “Principled Real Estate”. My requirements for a logo is for each logo to have a symbol with a “P” that can be placed well at the left of each of the logos and on top of the word Principled for placement on multiple mediums. The word “Principled” will be larger and bolder to stand out and the other name such as “Residential” will be smaller in size but always the same width. I don’t want “Residential” to be too small. The important part is that “Principled” stands out and “Residential” is very readable. There is always going to be a line between “Principled” and the second half of the company names. I don't want anything that is literal for construction or real estate or homes such as Roof lines or windows or houses. Those ideas are old and tired and we want this to be fresh and new. The goal is for the “P” to eventually stand on its own as a symbol for the individual companies and the group. I should be modern and simple.
I like this. I would like to see the "P" placed on top of Principled. I would also like to see what it would look like with a black background and white lettering.
I would also like the Principled to be Bold. The Residential needs to remain the same width but be smaller. There is too much white space between the icon and the wording. Please do a version just like this but with the changes in this comments without a roofline as well.
