Comment Activity Amanterkendali commented on #485 Withdrawn Hello, Thank you so much for your continue feedback.. I see how if just separate it with horizontal line like #560 , #561 or other version to separate black and gray here #562 with an uphill line to mean growth #563 and #564 to describe about bright future How do you think? 1 year ago principledresidential commented on #485 Withdrawn This logo is the first in a series of logos for several companies. Each company is a partner of the other companies and are owned by multiple people but we are creating a corporate brand around all the companies called “The Principled Group” All of the names of the companies will start with “Principled”. This logo is for our Property management company “Principled Residential”. There is a property acquisitions company called “Principled Home Buyers”, A construction and building company called “Principled Builders” and a Real Estate brokerage called “Principled Real Estate”. My requirements for a logo is for each logo to have a symbol with a “P” that can be placed well at the left of each of the logos and on top of the word Principled for placement on multiple mediums. The word “Principled” will be larger and bolder to stand out and the other name such as “Residential” will be smaller in size but always the same width. I don’t want “Residential” to be too small. The important part is that “Principled” stands out and “Residential” is very readable. There is always going to be a line between “Principled” and the second half of the company names. I don't want anything that is literal for construction or real estate or homes such as Roof lines or windows or houses. Those ideas are old and tired and we want this to be fresh and new. The goal is for the “P” to eventually stand on its own as a symbol for the individual companies and the group. I should be modern and simple. 1 year ago principledresidential commented on #485 Withdrawn Lets remove the roof lines. They look like mountains. I do like the black and grey. I don't know what to tell you to try to keep it black and gray and still split it up without rooflines. Also the round part of the P sicks out just a little too far (I think) 1 year ago Amanterkendali commented on #133 Withdrawn Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback.. I just sent some revisions .. I'll pleasure for any revisions when you need.. Thank you Best Regards Amanterkendali 1 year ago principledresidential commented on #133 Withdrawn Make both words and the line black. Take the building out of the P because the top part of the P is too large. You are on to something. here. We are in the residential smape. We don't sy scrapers. May try to leave just the house and it could be the center of the P where the whole would normally be. I do like the gray and black. Keep it abstract. I do not want it to look just like a child drew a house. Also, one big goal is to be sure the P symbol. can be on the left and top of the logo. 1 year ago
