Thanks for your entries! We like the simplicity and uniqueness of #2 - but the font is more casual than we'd prefer. Given the amount of corporate logos that will be used with this, a good solid corporate (banker's?) font is in order. The "Pride" in the font is great - it's mostly the T in Within that throws us off.

#1 is just a bit too much/too busy for us. And although I like the widget used in #4, they still seem a bit common and detached from the words somehow. Can't quite put my finger on it.

I removed the entries which didn't clearly distinguish the 6 pride colours. While I like the widgets you are creating, graphically - I don't think it's really the winning answer - it doesn't seem to blend with the text, which somehow is important for this particular logo. I keep saying the word SUBTLE - and for good reason - something really subtle and elegant will win our hearts over here.
