#45 is definitely better, again I like the basic idea and this logo has more to it, than the original one that you did.

This idea has potential, however, I don't it has enough to it. Either it isn't corparate enough or it lacks pizzaz, something about it doesn't quite sing and dance, yet....But idea has merit
