I am getting a very positive response to your logo #39. Especially the logo on the boat and the stars......but the concern is that the boat looks too much like a speedboat. Can you modify a bit?

I should have specified to CHANGE the colors...lighter, more elegant colors. The Blue is too strong.

Also a more flowy script font for the words "Annual Celebration"
And make the agency name bigger, but preserve our font face
