could you add some Red in house and red line under wording? I really like where you are going, but house a little too traditional for what I'm looking for. Sorry...not trying to be difficult. Am I allowed to reference other houses in portfolio of real estate section of logo tournament for ideas. not copying...just as a base, don't want to cross the line with copyright issues. thanks again..

great...not copying. But ideas of what I like to get the traditional look with letters, but more modern w/ house image.

#35...I like colors & lettering, but house is to thick & traditional. Maybe keep roof line and use outline of house of similar width of roof line so make a little more sleek. thanks again.

FYI...I like the words to be bigger & bolder like your #35. thx....

I really like #63, but like size of letters of your #35 to make them bigger. with #63...i like curve at bottom, of house but then maybe start to do a straight red line underneath realty partners. thx...

I understand what you want but the problem is that Your example is from another designer who is also a participant in this contest and if I change my design taking inspiration from his design it will be disrespecting his work.

Please give me some time since I am discussing this same issue with other fellow designers and admins to get a conclusion.

Sorry , I cant modify my designs as per your request. As per the discussion if I modify my design as per your request it will get close to another designer's entry which is not acceptable.

Also I would like to clear one thing, even if You chose me as the winner I will not be able to do the modifications as this one. I can deliver you the design in different colors, size, formats etc without changing the base design.

Hope you understand my situation. Also if you have any concern regarding this You can always contact admin for your help.

Thanks for your notes...I understand the issue as far as copying as far as the image.

I contacted LOGO Tournament staff earlier to say I know who winner is, but wanted to be sure you could do slight tweak and they said that would be ok.

I am going to choose you as the winner. You were very helpful and prompt with responses and I really respected that.

However, only slight change I was seeing you could make would be to change the font of the lettering of Preferred Realty Partners. Do you still have access to all entries submitted? #123 which is currently ranked 2nd is the font I prefer....so we aren't copying a design. It stands out better and is a little bigger. House might need to be slightly higher, but PREFERRED to stay red and REALTY PARTNERS to be same as house. Keeping red line.

Please resend that for final ok and then we should be set (along with providing Red background proof & white background Proof)

thx...what did you change? The red looks a little lighter, but that is it. You using the red color code I submitted in entry? Thanks....

I think all the letters need to be slighlty bigger in text size..maybe that is it. Can that be easily switched? Fine is house needs to be slightly smaller. THanks gain...

Can you send #151 again, but one with white lettering and a red outline around letters & one with the red lettering with a white border around the letters. That will be it. Thanks...I just have issue that the red on black background might be tough to see on yard signs, so maybe the border will make it pop a little bit.
