Can you also make the symbol slightly larger?

I like the size of the font. What I was talking about with the symbol was that I was wondering if you could insert and actual window and door in those squares. Like in the original image you have what looks like a window in the bottom right corner

Also, just brainstorming. Would it be possible to put the window next to the
p in the symbol? and the put an & symbol in the bottom left square and a door in the bottom right?

Maybe even bold the windows and doors a bit. I just dont want that to get lost if we're printing the image on smaller items

Could you please make the logo on the left a little bit smaller and the words a bit bigger?
