We like the overall concept a lot. However, we need some more thought on colour. The background colour of the website is RGB 77,77,77. And we also use 238,136,205. Our corporate blue is 78,168,186
The font: would you please separate the 'r', 'e', 'c' in the same way as the 'p' is separated from the 'r'.
Here is the DRAFT website where this logo will appear. Would you please produce versions of your logo that would stand out on this background. http://preci.gavurin.com/
Thank you for letting me know, I loook forward to seeing your revised logo soon, also if you look a the logo that we have ranked 5th, I quite like the idea of the shadowing and the link seperating the logo from the name, so if you could send some ideas also incorporating that, it would be very much appreicated.
Hi Claire, is not a problem but you need to know that:
1) actually only the first ranke can submit a revision 2) in this phase you can ask to the first ranked on ly a revision and not a new concept
about point 1) you need only to change the first ranked and ask for a revision about point 2) you need to contact the admin and ask for an extension of the contest
due to your request, you should rank a designer as first and then ask or wait for the revision (i am in this case now) ... let me know since is very easy and fast if you want to see my #212 with shadow and division.
In any case, feel free to contacy the admin if you want to receive more detaild exlanations ;)
I really do like your design, but the wording font needs to be clearer as the letters look like they are joined together! Could you pleasejspace the letters out a little more. Thanks Claire
Good Morning Luca, We have decided that your design is the overall winner, however, we reallly need to get it perfect. Could you try the following for us please 1. #231 The 'P' seems to be more upright than #234, which I feel stands out better 2. When you print the logo out Black & White, there is no real definition between where the white and pink end, so could we look at maybe defining this a little better. 3. Could you play with the colouring of the font, the font itself is fine, and if you could show the design on both white and black backgrounds as you have been doing it would be very much appreciated. 4. Also can you think of a strap line that could go under Preci (we had seen another design with the strap line Visual Data Solutions) however, we are unsure if this has been used by another company so we do need to be careful. Thank you for all your assistance to date and look forward to receiving the updates. Claire
I have just seen the new ones with the black background you have uploaded and I do like the 2 tone colouring on the font, maybe we should look at more of that style, but not to over the top if you understand what I am trying to say. Thanks
Thank you for all your effort. Our overall preference is for #240. However, we like the way the word 'Preci' in #241 has a gradient on it.
So.#240 - but with a gradient on the word 'Preci'. Also, we like having a small blue strapline - we would like to have "Powered by G-View" (G-View is our core technology).
For a black and white version - our preference is for the 'P' on #243 - all other elements as #240.
Presumably, we will simply have transparent final versions - to go against any background?
#240 it have a gradient, maybe i will try to rework it for a more visible effect. i will upload a revision with the new strapline (powered by G-Wiew). the b/w is a conseguence. if you need a .png (trasparent) you will receive it via mail after you will close the contest and approve the final files that are a .eps and a .jpg (hi-res) only of the version in first place.
THANK YOU. It is a holiday here until Wednesday (the Queen's Jubilee). We will close this no later than Wednesday. We just need to agree which of your designs we are finalising. (There are two of us agreeing on this). Thank you again - we are very impressed
I have spoken with my colleagues and we will be going ahead with #248, but we would also appreciate it if we could have #249 aswell. However, we would need the line in #249 to be the same format as #248.
If you could get back to me asap, so that I can close the judging element of the tournament.
