Navigating the complexities of owning a medical practice

Practice CoPilot is a consulting company focused on helping medical practices improve their business performance through a set of management concepts called Lean Management.

Please use Blue and Black to match my current logo. I have an existing logo. I would like to take this logo and modify it so that it better represents the image of my company. My logo currently contains a WIFI symbol but this is not really representative of my company. This symbol was more focused on a time in my business when I was working on technology solutions for medical practice.

I would like to leverage the analogy of Aviation in my company. Flying and aviation are very process driven. A lot of discipline goes into making sure that everything is standardized, that the language used is a common language and that processes are in place to ensure safety and efficiency. The same is true for Health Care. I want to translate these same efficiencies and discipline in everything that is done in aviation to the world of Health Care.

We are the CoPilot while the Doctor / Business Owner is the pilot. We are there for them every step of the way and are by their side helping guide them through the complexity of owning a medical practice. This is an important part to convey in the image. I have attached a current logo as well so you can incorporate elements of what's already there. This logo is already being used extensively within my website, printed material, email marketing etc.
