this one looks a bit too much like a sports team to me, and there should be no "s" on the end of "innovation". i do like that you used a different color palette through and there is something interesting about the way you've combined the P and I.

hmmm your right I've been making that mistake since entry #20 I even made a design where the S is a dollar sign. I guess this one slipped through.
