I think #2 and #3 are still one of the best entries. I really like the symmetry. The logo looks restful, balanced and well designed. The sphere with envelopes has the right level of abstractness.

The only thing what I think could improve the design is experimenting with different fonts or making the icon just a little smaller relative to the letters.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback, glad my design is on your level. I will look at some alternate fonts and resizing the icon and will upload again soon :)

Entry #44 is exactly what I had in mind with my general comment. Good thinking.

However, I think your initial icon design had more style to it. Maybe the blue arc has become a bit obsolete in #44, because it is doesn't look like a globe anymore. Maybe you could only use the gear arc?

Thanks for your quick response. I think the icon looks much better in #45.

But since the gear is positioned flat, the asymmetrical white cutout looks a but strange to me. If you ask me, the gear should either be drawn more like a ellipse, to simulate a slight rotation (like the globe). Or the outer side of the gear should be evenly thick around (when it is positioned flat), maybe using a fade out to white where the envelope sticks out.

What do you think?

I think entries #45 and #47 are potentially winners.

But #47 has a strange perspective. It looks as if the gear is more parallel to the envelopes, instead of more orthogonal.

What if the gear appears slightly rotated around a vertical axis (parallel to the paper). Then the envelopes could stick out similar to #45. I think the gear should look slightly orthogonal to the direction of the envelopes.
