What We Do
This is a new 120,000 SF class A office building located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The property is located on the Cooper River in Charleston, SC.
Industry
Color Preferences
Open to ideas, but might tend to lean towards nautical colors given the building is located on the water. Needs to be professional since large corporate offices will plan to move here.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The building will be located in a large mixed-use development called Ferry Wharf. I've attached the logo for Ferry Wharf, so we would like something that fits in with this but doesn't copy it. The office building is located on the Charleston Harbor and will also be next to the Arthur Ravenel Bridge. Photo of the location is attached and view. Rendering of building is attached.
