You logo is my new favorite. Could you please make the background color #202020? That's the color of my site's background. Will it be possible later to send it to me as a transparent .png together with the EPS file?

The #202020 that I'm talking about is Red: 32 Green: 32 Blue: 32, at least that's what Photoshop is telling me. Anyway, it's not that important. We'll talk soon :)

The background of entry #100 is made in RGB (32,32,32) while entry #101 is made in CMYK (0,0,0,87).
There are a lot of variables in rendering colors: monitor calibration, color profiles etc
But, as you said, it`s not that important.
