First concept for Portland Painting & Restoration. Will work on more versions later with 2 colors, and also maybe adding the text to the brush so it is all one piece.

The bristles are shaped liked Oregon state, but it's kind of hard to see on a small preview.

The icon (paintbrush with Oregon-shaped bristles and star) can be used on its own as well.

Adding a leaf (green) to the bottom of the paint brush handle, and some minor tweaks to the design and size of the bristles.

can we try some new fonts . portland looks like Dorhand. I do think you're onto something with this brush though. The one next to it is also quite intriguing . Good work.

New font option, redrew the map from scratch from a real map, so more of the edge details show up (you will notice this much more when the logo is printed on something big), and adjusted the green color.

A more modern, subtle design. The negative space in the green "A" looks like the top of a paint brush, finished off with a handle below it.

I really like where you're at with the #13. Please try and give me one like the 2nd place spot with you're brush as the "T" in portland. I feel I could use both in separate places.

As requested, the brush as the "T".

The name and the brush icon in any design can be used separately of eachother, so please consider that I can give you different variations of the final logo. i.e. if you like my brush shape, and you like my words, I can give you those pieces in different layouts for your different uses.

if you could make the brush the T in portland and below have the paining and restoration I would love to see it. as well as keep the darker green. thnks

Same design you seem to prefer with the scripty "Portland" font's "P" and "t" adjusted so it doesn't look like "Dorhand". And a darker green.

#116 has a sharper star and the Oregon map is more detailed and the scripty font for "Portland" has been modified to read better.

#13 had a more rounded star and the Oregon map is less detailed and the green color is more yellow-ish.

#116 is my favorite of my own designs so far.
