my submission combines the Aarkansas state flag and the top dome of the capital bldg. the arched line through the middle represents climbing over a hill-- like capitial hill that is also why i chose to use just the top of teh building...like someone is walking over a hill towards it and the top is the first recognizable thing you see. let me know if i can improve on this in any way for you. thanks. I like entry 29 but the Captiol dosent work with that treatment, Please the diamond back in the "background" and we are done.
