Our Ideas & Additional Information
“Poised To Explode!” is a short story that paints a darkly comedic picture of the Corporate world, and some of the outrageous goings-on and larger-than-life characters that inhabit it. The story is attached.
This project is for the design and creation of the TITLE graphic / logo for the story.
It’s important to understand that the “Poised To Explode!” title has FOUR interpretations:
It is the Meeting THEME for the Product Launch in which much of the story is set;
It is also the description of the featured Company’s projected BUSINESS PROSPECTS based on the imminent release of their new product;
It is also the PHYSICAL EFFECT of the new product on the women who use it; and
Finally, it is condition of the HEART of the main character, which ultimately resolves itself in the story’s final climactic scene.
This pervasive and ever-present “EXPLOSIVE” angle should, is some way(s), be creatively and cleverly reflected in the Title design.
Also, the Title design should connect with and complement the style of the half-dozen ILLUSTRATIONS that will accompany the publication of the story. Two of the illustrations are attached for reference.
