Smell's like copycat in here...

Looking at the top nine, if I didn't no any better, I would say they are different concepts from 1 designer, but they are from 8 different designers!

So you're set on black, blue, grey and white?

All you have to do is look at the entry number to find the original.
I'm sure the copiers have justified their variations in their own minds.

You probably see 2 completely different designs, but to us designers, we know if one was a rip-off. That is a clear rip-off of Bluejet's. I hope you do something about it. You could have asked Bluejet to tweak his design a bit and you will get the same or better result.

Defintely... It's more then sad seeing this wonderful contest turning into presentation of "inspired" works...

regardless of copying etc(which is important). if you asses the two renditions bluejet's version #200 has better spacing etc and the other designs #161 '7' looks more like a 'J' because of the loop on the stem.

bluejet's is actually #17 not #200.

Designjunction, your lack of morals is only outweighed by your distinct lack of imagination, you are a disgrace to the site and the design world as a whole, to even consider yourself as a graphic designer would be quite futile and embarrasing, I throw my full support to bluejet, a genuinely talented designer and hope that the shameless and relentless copy cat that is designjunction gets what is deserved, a permanent ban. 2 blatant instances of cheating cant be left unpunished.
