Platinum Global SourcingLogo Design Contest

We are a U.S. based company that provides a complete ONE STOP SHOP for companies in the U.S. who want to manufacture off-shore (primarily in Asia and India) as a way to reduce costs. We do everything for the client including the review of the drawings, selecting the factory, submitting a delivered quote from China / India to their door, manage all the tooling, samples, quality inspections, U.S. customs, etc.

The purpose of choosing the name "Platinum" is that I want it to represent the very highest level of service. (i.e. Airlines use Platinum as the highest level of airline reward miles for their elite customers....)

I want the color Platinum in the logo name. I'm open to suggestions on the background colors. Also, if the Platinum had a brushed finished or perhaps a raised texture this might look good? (I'm looking for something unique, fun and sexy but still corporate looking - not too wild & crazy....) Do not want to use any shade of Blue....

Not at this time - looking for a completely fresh mind to help me with this!
