I have rated the 1st four logos as "not interested" because they are simply not what I have in mind. The design should be modern, clean, and professional.

The best comparison that I can make is the "Nip/Tuck" logo (you can search for it on Google) This logo will be up against a white background also so it will need to stand out. In short, no light colors.

#13 and #19 are the most appealing so far.

I think that #19 would look much more appealing if it were a solid color teal/blue or grey (gradient optional) while leaving the scalpel that represents the "I" silver.

The logo should have a clean and modern look to it. I look forward to additional design concepts!
