Plastiblok has developed a new building product - Lok-N-Blok - that is going to revolutionize the way people build. THE LOGO WE ARE TRYING TO DEVELOP IS FOR THE PRODUCT LINE - LOK-N-BLOK, NOT THE COMPANY ITSELF.

Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - Simple yet Stronger than convetional concrete blocks.
#2 - Lightweight
#3 - Environmentally Green
Our Target Audience:
Our target audience includes both builders and end users looking for a simpler, stronger, more energy conscious and “Greener” way to build. Our block encompasses the many aspects discussed above by providing a interlocking design, and stackable property that would allow a user to build a block wall without a mason or professional contractor. However, it also allows the professional builders to build walls quickly and easily using laborers rather than professionally skilled mason contractors.
Color Preferences
No real preference on the color however we will be using phrases like "The Green Building Alternative" and "Why build with products that aren't Green" we feel that having any images of our block being green would give us visual recognition of our product in the field (i.e. Dow's insulation board is advertised as "Blueboard" and no one else can color their insulation boards blue.)
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
No - do not want to stifle any creative design. This is a totally new product and no image has been created yet.
You can look at a primitive web site design with renderings of the block at www.plastiblok.com

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Lok-N-Blok is the requested logo - that is our product. Plastiblok is the parent company name. I wasn't as clear as I should have been I guess because there are several logos for Plastiblok. However, the desired logo and product branding that we are working on is for LOK-N-BLOK.
Referencing many of the logos - many were in black and white. I wasn't sure at first but after seeing all the examples being submitted, I am leaning very strongly to having the logo in forms of green. Also, I like the ones that incorporate the block image from the website - although many of them were for Plastiblok and not Lok-N-Blok so I have to discount them.
