What We Do
We are the best apartment complex available in Newton Iowa. The apartments are created within the historic appliance factory. The exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, and industrial feel are unlike anything available in Newton or the eastern suburbs of Des Moines.
The amenities for the project are also the best in the market. The business center, resident lounge, coffee bar and big/dog washing stations are the best in the market. The outdoor fire pits, grills, dog park and pickleball courts make for great outdoor options.

The apartment project is a historic renovation of the former Maytag appliance factory. The buildings were built in 1905. They are red brick and historic.
