I'm sorry to keep asking, but I keep going back to this logo because I really like it. I think that while I was wanting to stick more in theme with the Mursix color theme, it lost it's feminine feel. Can you make Pivot green and Manufacturing a dark gray? Keep the slogan the same for now. Try the dark gray circle around the logo?

What if you made the arrow navy blue, and brought the logo to the left side and centered the wording to the right? Still want to work with the arrow, but here it looks like it’s pointing you somewhere instead of pivoting. Can it be a unique looking P that looks like it is actually pivoting?

I really like this. I first see a shark's fin or a bird. Can you tweak it and work with it a bit? Also, can you incorporate the slogan and add green to the wording or logo?
