Pivot Manufacturing is a 100% woman-owned business, that acts as a sales & distribution arm for Mursix Corporation, the actual manufacturer. Specializing in the design and build of tooling and the production of components in the following industries: medical, automotive (safety-critical components like seat belts, steering wheel, airbag, and brake components), alternative energy (metal brackets for solar panels), security (door locks), and industrial. Audience includes buyers, engineers, and scientists.
Food for thought, and back to the slogan: a tool in this industry is a slab of thick metal with multiple holes and cut outs. It’s is very complex looking, and is what is put into a stamping/press punch machine to stamp out components like seat belt buckles, door locks, etc.
