Genesis, I like the minimization of "pro" in "prospects" ... smart idea. Can I see these logos with a pirate that is very similar to (but not exactly like) the actual pirates used in the different logos? Here are the links to those images:

Please add "est. 1992" or the rest of the slogan under the "Prospects."

We really want the logo to look so similar to the Pirates logo in order to ensure most people will understand the meaning... and not ask the question, "who are the Pittsburgh Prospects?"
