The dot in the i is raised above standing out to suggest, pitching higher, achieving more, standing out, striving to be the best, moving away from the crowd - it's a simple yet very effective concept that I think works well with your company. The alternative version shows the word at a slight angle - pitched up - this gives another creative dimension to the design and also brings in an aspect of success, growth and profit by the fact it is raising up the way.
