Hi Fernando,

Many thanks for joining and for your first round of entries. I like the level of detail and the general drawing technique in the medalion, as well as the clean overall rendering quality. I also like the proportions of the dented area to the circle and the dents themselves. Looks real nice and sharp.

However, I would say overall this concept is too agressive. It has kind of a "we're at war and I'm buying weapons" kind of feel ;-) I don't know if this will make sense but it has a bit of "desert" feel, and we're looking more for an "exotic", softer feel, while still having punch / impact. The font is also not the right type. It needs to be fuller and bolder.

It is important for the logo to establish a sense of trust, reassurance and legitimacy. Our logistics and "no inventory" policy is what will allow us to compete at low prices, but everything will be 100% legit with full warranty.

Many thanks for this new entry. #60 is much better and definitely on the right track !!! We do indeed need a bit of that "corporate" feel you mention, which is what I meant by "reassurance" / "legitimacy".

Still not quite a fan on the colors though. I think there's too much of that dark orange. Maybe a softer / lighter orange and trying to introduce additional colors. The crane looks a bit rusty as well.

The container feels too much like it's flying out of nowhere. Any way you might be able to make it more part of the scene? Kind of like the plane in your COOL DOWN logo, which us part fo the medalion but coming out at the same time (by the way I love the mix of bright vibrant colors in that logo). Maybe the arm of the crane can be coming out of the medalion and the container it's hanging be "closer" to us and coming at us ? Not sure how feasible this is... The general idea is that this we are bringing this container from far away to the client through our careful logistics. Finally, I don't think the bones on the container are necessary.

Again, really great work so far. My partner is on the road all day, so I will provide more feedback from him tonight.

Maybe you don't have to put any skull or bones in the logo. The name just already said everything! so this is an option. I hope you like it! It's more subtle with the message you need. Feedback is welcome! Thanks, Fernando.

Hello Fernando,

Well, I think my partner may have gotten eaten by wild animals ;-)... no news from him and his mobile phone goes straight to messaging. He's in a very remote part of France right now... so nothing I can do unfortunately.

So, in the meantime, I'll give you my feedback already and hope anything my partner says later will not contradict:

- Excellent idea on the globe. Works very well.
- The only thing is that we have nothing left to suggest the pirate theme now... Any ideas? (we can always put a pirate skull back on the container I guess, but let's see if you have any other thoughts)
- I'm still not convinced by the colors. We need more variety I think. Add some green and just a small touch of another shade of blue (more ocean blue) maybe ?
- Please try another color on the container. Too much orange. Also, the container looks a bit too simple. Any way to add a bit of realism to it?
- Also could the sunrise gradient be a bit more "warm" / "deeper", maybe start at light orange at the lighter end and add some red / grenadine at the darker end.

Again, many thanks for this great entry. It definitely has excellent potential and most of the work is really just finding the right color balance now.

Oh wow... I am very impressed. #70 and #72 look really good. I can't wait for my partner to see this. A really close tie with the logo in 1st place. Making a decision will be tough...

Hi David, you can see some updates and variations. In #100 is from France to the world!!! #99 is from USA.
Now you have the swords, is more subtle. I think the same from beginning! but if you remember i delete the skull in some of my entries but you told me that we must introducing this concept. The same with bones is not good.
I hope you like it! Tell me if you need some changes.
