Hi Kamil - thanks for your first batch of ideas in our logo contest, and I can see the symbol you are going for. I think it's important for us that we communicate how we are about gathering people, and while a shield is noble (like a family crest) it is also defensive, while we're aiming to look open and welcoming. Having said that, it's a beautifully executed piece, so I hope you can bring some more ideas! Of the colour variations, by the way, #15 would slightly edge it for me, though it's nice to see that it also works in mono. Don't be afraid to use some more colour in any other ideas.
