Hello - thanks for putting in lots of initial ideas for our logo contest. I especially like the simplest of your designs and I think #58 conveys a nice sense of energy and movement. #53 also works nicely for us in terms of colour and simplicity, but I don't know if it carries much of our story and who we feel we are, as expressed in the brief. I love the cleverness of #55, but I think we want to avoid elements which look too much like antique crosses (similar for #56). For some reason the team isn't liking hearts which are too obvious either - I think that's because the cultural association here is too sentimental. The heart shape in #59 is lots better for us, and I think it's just the complexity of the logo which is starting to get a bit much here. #57 is a nice simple idea but reminds me too much of paperclips, sorry! #54 I've marked as a definite no because we want to avoid old elements like open books and altar-piece crosses. Hope the feedback is helpful. I'd love to see more of your simple, energetic ideas and wonder if there is any way to personalise something like #58 so it carries a community feel, or if you have other thoughts about how to depict people coming together without stick figures (as specified in the brief). Many thanks again, and best wishes - Bern Leckie @ Pip n Jay
