Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - This is a peaceful, quiet, safe, well cared for community.
#2 - Nature - stream, mature trees, etc.
#3 - This is a place families like to call home.

Our Target Audience:

Our audience is potential residents. We rent apartments with a variety of different floorplans. Many residents have children. The typical resident works in service industry jobs, is lower to middle income, and may be receiving some public assistance. Our residents would be people who enjoy living in a quiet, safe, and clean apartment community with lots of open area and a stream running through it.

Color Preferences

Open to all colors, but the logo overall should be warm and inviting. It should not have a "corporate" look or feel.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

Pine Lake Village has very unique architecture for the area, as well as a stream through the middle. It isn't required, but it would be nice to see logos that incorporated these two aspects of the property. If trees are included in the logo, they should resemble the pine trees in the pictures. Several pictures have been provided.
