Let's make the logo a bit larger (just so I can compare better), and let's also try making the trees various colors such as dark green, brown, black, whatever you think looks good. May not use the colors, but it woud be good to see how it looks with them.

I plan to make signs that are viewable from a distance, and the thin font may be hard to see - I like the font type, but can you make it bold?

I like the background color of the very first one you sent (entry 2), the slightly bolder font of entry 34 but black, and the tree colors of entry 32. Let's see that combination. Thanks!

Almost there! As part of the website, flyers, and signs I'll be putting up, I'll need one version "as is" like you have it, one without the word "places", and one subsitituting the word "places" with "Quiet, Affordable Living"

Do you think a very slightly bolder font would be good for signs, or leave as is?

I can certainly provide you with those other options regarding the tagline, and Places.
I really think this font will work as is, right now I have a hairline outline around the font, but will be glad to provide you a version where "Pine Hill" is .5 bolder
