Do people often work with the designer for more than 1 variation? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #207 Yes, I agree with you, thanks for your input. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #207 & #200 more centered compotition 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #207 In my opinion #207 is look more clean/light than #200 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #207 I'm having a really hard time choosing between #207 and #200. I know there are subtle differences between the placement of the 3 vents. I go from liking one more than the other and then back again. #207 is nice because there is a look of action around the P. #200 is nice because fills the space around both words.... Do you have any comments from a designer point of view? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #209 Yes, thank you!! 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #209 did you mean like this one? version black & white of #202 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #202 Strange, I received an email notification that you sent me the b&w version of this but it’s not showing up here. Could you please resend? Thank you. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #202 do you want this #202 on black & white version? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #202 Ok, I think I’m close. Only one left that’s missing before I can do a full side by side is this one with no shadow and no color in the crust. The Pie is smaller in this one. Thanks. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #208 The version of #203 with the gold color in the crust and no shadow on the letters 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #207 hi...The version 0f #203 with letters shadowed in gold and gold in the crust 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #203 I also like the positioning of everything here. ~Both words are the same font size ~I like the positioning of the half circle border ~I like where the 3 lines (the vents are positioned) Could I see the other 2 versions with this same positioning and font size here? ~The version with letters shadowed in gold and gold in the crust ~The version with the gold color in the crust and no shadow on the letters Thanks 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #206 Hi...without font shadow version...thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #204 Sorry, I should have said, the b&w version that is not shadowed letters. Can you do that version too? Thank you. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #205 this is The version with unshadowed letters the gold color in the crust of #200 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #204 Hi...this is black & white version of #200 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #200 UPDATE!! HI there, I like the positioning of everything here. ~Both words are the same font size ~I like the positioning of the half circle border ~I like where the 3 lines (the vents are positioned) Could I see the other 2 version with this same positioning and font size here? ~The all black and white version ~The version with unshadowed letters the gold color in the crust Thanks, Erika 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #203 HI there, I like the positioning of everything here. ~Both words are the same font size ~I like the positioning of the half circle border ~I like where the 3 lines (the vents are positioned) Could I see the other 2 version with this same positioning and font size here? ~The version with letters ~The version with the color in the crust Thanks, Erika 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #159 Can you keep the size of Pie, don’t change it,, just the position of the half circle. Can you try it with #155 too? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 Can we move the half circle a little, just like the new one? You can keep the size of Pie, don’t change it on this one, just the position of the half circle. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #200 bring the half circle back a little 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #199 Can you bring the half circle back a little, right in between where it is here and where it was before? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #197 I see that making Pie the same size does change the visual quite a bit with the 3 lines. If you shift the inner half circle a bit clockwise, maybe that would change things? Can you try a few versions of that? Thanks. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 Hi. The remaining 4 ranked logos are the ones I like. Im having a hard time choosing the final one that I like. Can you make the word Pie the same size as plant please? I’d like to see how that looks on the 4 logos. It looks like #155 already has Pie the same size. Thanks. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #155 This would be a good one to have - black and white - for a stamp - and there is now shadow. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 I like how this image is a little tighter on top with the smaller font in Pie and it just seems more balanced. Can this be done with both words the same size? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #152 I guess you'd have to shift the 3 vents down a bit to fill the space above the P in Plant? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #152 HI there, can I see the font here shadowed and inside creases in gold as in #164? Trying to see the difference in the size of Pie - the word, as it's bigger here. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 I do think that they should be the same size since Plant shouldn't really have more weight than Pie since it's not the priority - they should be the same. But I do see in #152 (and if it were shadowed in gold) that design-wise it is a little less clunky. It's very subtle. What do you think? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #195 And this version, the Pie is smaller. I know you explained it to me why. Can you again? Just wondering. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #195 Yes...to make it balance 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #195 I see, the 3 vents are gold too. Nice touch, thanks! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #193 I’m still not sure about no black in the logo. Thanks! 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #192 hi,trying color option here 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #193 hi,trying color option here 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #190 I guess this could work. Not sure people will get it. But again, I like the addiction of a second color. I like it the more I look at it. Can you offer your opinion? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #190 back to golden colour 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #191 back to golden colour 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #189 Sorry if I wasn’t clear. Can you make a change in this version and the #188 - keep the letter shadows green but change the outer crust edges that golden yellow? Thanks! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #188 This one too please! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #189 Thanks, could you keep the green in both of these versions but make the pie crust the golden color you had before? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #164 Hi, on #174 , #159 & #177 "pie" smaller than "Plant" on #155 , #178 & #152 "pie" is same size with "Plant". Which one do you prefer? same or different size? thanks 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #189 more lighten green here 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #188 Hi, changing colour to green 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 I'd still like to see if you can replace the word shadowing on this version with a green of some sort, something that could distinguish a plant, but not too bright. Thanks! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 Hi there, I just noticed that the top 6 logos that you created, some of the word Pie are smaller than Plant. Do you see this? Can you explain what the difference is? Thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 Ok, I have a cool idea, can you replace the word shadowing on this version with a green? Not too bright. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #173 OK, thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #174 That is nice. Can you add these additional 3 lines in versions #155, #159, and #152 also? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #173 :) will reduce it bit more 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #173 Thanks, the veins in the plant creep me out a little :) 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #173 adding a rhubarb leaf under Pie Plant, thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #164 I like this a lot. In your opinion, is there too much white space underneath Plant? If there is a simple reference or graphic/style similar to this retro design of a rhubarb leaf that can go there? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #151 just remove the second word pie on #164 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #151 Ok, this is nice. Can you please remove the second word pie and keep everything else as is? Thanks, 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #151 Will work on this and submit it soon, thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #151 I actually love this. Please: 1 -remove second pie 2 -remove brown shadow on pie plant Thanks! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #152 Sorry, that was confusing. I was curious to see “Pie Plant” and no second word pie in the solid font that you used in the other examples - the second word PIE. 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #152 do you mean using font on #138 ? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #152 Could you try this wording that’s the solid font used for the second word Pie that’s in the original? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #152 Pie Plant on the same size, and back to BW 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #150 Yes, I see what you mean. This is probably better as a black & white logo. Going back to b&w, could you try making pie plant the same size and remove the second word pie? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #149 Hi...i'm trying adding some colour on #150 & #151 , i think is working...but not as simple as one color...How about you? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #149 I like this one out of the new ones, thanks. Maybe the leaf concept is too much. I took a look at your other logic you’ve created. From a designer standpoint, if you were to add color, what would you do? I don’t think too many different colors, maybe the pie, or the outline, lettering? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #144 i will try with another option & ideas then, thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #144 Ok, I didn’t e en think I was trying to do that. This is my first time with this. Now that I’m in the second phase of the contest, I’m not really 100% as to what’s supposed to happen next. I’m trying to see options with & without the 2nd word pie. I’d like to see the rhubarb image in and not. Same with the pie image. I’m curious as to different fonts as well. I like your design sense and would like to see some other ideas if you have them. Thank you! 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #144 Hi,i'm sorry, i think i cant do that ( the leaf coming out of the top part of the inner line of the thicker circle ), since it will be similar with other contestant entries. Thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #144 Can you remove the second word pie and also have the leaf coming out of the top part of the inner line of the thicker circle? As if that were the stem? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #143 I’d like to see the stem & leaf more flowing and no so rigid. Maybe the font she change for that to happen? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #141 Yes. But I think that leaf is too dark? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #141 Hi...did you mean like this one? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #139 Hi there. Could you make the second word Pie plural- just to see what it would look like? Then, where the 3 slots are on the top left, could make a rhubarb leaf and stem instead? Thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #139 This is nice too. Simple. I think the pie concept with a go with different fonts and with and without Pie on the bottom is getting close to my vision. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #138 Nice. Retro. Do you think you can streamline it? Simplify somewhat? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #130 This is nice. Can you try some other fonts? Old fashioned but kind of modern and bold. Like what you’d see on the side of a 50’s pie delivery van 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #124 Thank you!!! 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #124 i Will trying another entries soon...thanks 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #124 Maybe keep the three lines inside the pie on the top and remove the bottom 3? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #124 Yes. Still seeing too many lines inside the pie and too much white space tho. What do you think? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #124 like this one? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #121 I like the inner crust like before. Can you bring that back and stack the first word? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #114 Could you position the first word Pie on top and off the right of the word Plant? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #113 But I like them in the pie too, just too much! Ah! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #113 The lines are nice in the crust. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #113 There are a lot of lines in the crust, and then the lines in the pie... overkill? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #113 But the crust shadow is nice. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #113 Hmm, I think the graphic overpowers the words a bit. Any ideas? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #112 But yes, I see the second word pie smaller. This is the idea. Thanks! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #112 Do you think there’s too much white space? I also commented on another version of the crust that I really liked. Do you see it? 5 years ago MAREMA commented on #112 Hi, how about this one? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #111 I like this crust, it’s nice!! 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #109 These are both nice too, without the leaf. Sorry, I commented before I saw these. Pie Pant is the main theme and then the last pie is a separate thought. Im also worried that there’s 2 words pie and a picture of a pie but when the second word pie is not there it seems to make a difference. Do you like the 2 words there? Maybe the second word pie should be a little different, maybe on its own? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #110 This is nice too. Same, take the leaf away? It’s kind of fluttery. 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #111 Hi, looks nice, I like pie image. Could you take the leaf away and make the last word pie smaller or a different font? 5 years ago Rhubarb1 commented on #94 Thanks for your submission. It’s a bit dark. I think it would be easy for the rhubarb to be lost. Can you made it more black & white and more geometric? Font is good. Thanks! 5 years ago
