Nice first cut creativesouldesign... Some general comments: I really like that you maintained the ROYGBIV sequencing - it's a nuance that will be noticed in the electro-optic/infrared industry! I like the clean and sleek font, but would like to see it a little more impactful (maybe something as simple as italicized...?). There are elements of each of your designs that I really like and will discuss below - it will be nice to see them incorporated, but it may get a bit too busy - we'll see... In general I'd like to see something with a bit more of an "aerial" theme (think "aerospace" and "planes" - not "birds") - and maybe incorporate the "ROYGBIV" color sequence into the word "imagery" (both have 7 letters...?)... There is a little bit of ambiguity with the emblem - are they leaves or feathers...? I don't want customers to have that same question...
#4 - I really like that "PIC" is the focal, but the font is too "heavy" and not very dynamic. I like the very clean look.
#6 - This was a very close 2nd for me (and now that I'm typing this and looking at them side-by-side, it may be my favorite :)). I like the "PIC" in the middle of the leaves, but it gets a little lost - I think because the letters are smaller than each leaf... and I'd like the font to be a little more dynamic...
#7 - As with #6, I like the "PIC" in the middle of the emblem, but the font is a bit too small. This emblem looks too much like feathers - which is the wrong "aerial" theme/messaging I want to portray... I'm looking for an aerospace/plane theme...
#14 - I like the direction you're moving in... Can you give me that "heavy" font for the "PIC"... and change the black half of the propeller/leaves to that crisp green...
Getting pretty close with the overall theme and construction... can you play with a few of the details - feel free to exercise some creative liberty at this point! But I'm thinking if you could give me a few variations - ie: an all green emblem, change the slant angle on the propeller/leaf colors, remove the coloring from "imagery", make the "circle" around the propeller/leafs green, etc...
#17 - I prefer the darker black lettering of #15... and I do prefer the propeller/leaf emblem orientation in #15 as well... can you change the slant angle of the colors in the propeller/leaf?
#6 - can I get two separate revisions on this one: one rev with all green leaves and ROYGBIV in the word "imagery" and a second with all green leaves and all black lettering...
#16 - the wider leaves are a nice touch - how does that one look with PIC in the middle?
#41 - can you put "imagery" in the ROYGBIV color sequence... and can we show some motion in the circle around the propeller/leaves - maybe taper each of the three lines...
#15 - same comment with the motion in the circle around the propeller/leaves - maybe taper each of the three lines...?
#49 - I like that too! The "PIC" is a little too big and the "Precision Imaging Corp" is a little small - can you adjust... And put "PIC" in italics...
#50 - same thing here - reverse the motion of the circle segments and make "imagery" black... also - is the font already bold - or can you make it more bold?
Creativesouldesign - thank you for all of your work! I'm meeting with my partners this evening and we'll be making a final decision... You have a couple of VERY strong entries in the top 10, but if you have anymore ideas in the next 4 hours that you'd like to submit for consideration - please post them... We'll know very soon....
#67 - creativesouldesign - this logo tied with another for the final two... can you change the font... looking for something a bit less "blocky" and a little more dynamic - probably still want to keep the italics...
#116 - not quite... the original font still looks better... we're looking for a font with more of an aviation feel - and less of a computer technology feel... if that makes sense...
Creativesouldesign - #67 is our winner!... but could you put an extra space between each of the letters in "corp" to elongate the word a bit... we also would like the image of #121, if that is possible, as we can use both logos for different applications (if you could also put an extra space between the letters in the word "corp " in #121 that would be great...
