Robbert,
thanks for your entry and sorry for the delay in our comments. After a meeting with the other guys, #29 climbed our ranking and is now at the 3rd place. A few comments: "Italy 2010" is too small compared to the rest of the logo. Also differentiating "php" and "Day" a little bit more (serif vs sans?) could help.
