Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

I'm looking for a logo first and foremost. There's a chance I might adapt a logo for the app icon, but it's not much of a concern. I'd focus on nailing the logo, if it adapts easily into an icon, that's just icing on the cake.

At this point, I'm more looking for a variety of different design concepts rather than various iterations of the same concept. I like #3, but I'd like to compare it against new ideas.

I'd like to steer designers away from the color purple. I don't mind seeing it used sparsely within a logo, but it shouldn't be the dominating color in any design

I've sent in a request to extend the contest 3 days. I really like several of the competing designs out there and would like to see them evolve a little bit more before selecting a winner.
